[another edit]
Im in two minds on how to present this in the forum, after searching through the threads (after being away for a while) I do realise it's not in the spirit of this forum to offer rewards and things like that for the work you do for people, many favours are out of generosity. just a note, I will pay the person who creates the badge I would like to use, if he/she wishes.
I dont mean to leave a bad taste in peoples mouths, I am struggling to create something amazing out of a humble badge, that's all!

[EDIT]
This is a club badge for an archery club I belong to, I have created it from scratch as there is no currently digitised versions of the badge available.Ã,  I dont want you to feel Ive just posted it up here to say, here's something I cant be arsed with, finish it for me. Because that's not what I'm saying, I suppose I should offer more.Ã,  I have an incentive, (if I am allowed) I will give full credit to the winning artist on my website and I will pay the one I choose to win £5 [GBP] or the equivalent in their nations currency via paypal. So if I may, Im making it a competition.

Rules:
The badge must remain its shape, include the dragon at the top, the cross of the arrow and axe must remain vaguely the same. (so please experiment if you would)
I dont mind if the badge was to change size to a degree, if it means a more impressive piece.
The winner will be chosen by me, when I find a badge I would choose to use.
If I cannot come to a decision, I would leave it to the forum over three days to vote for a winner. I would expect then, to ask for permission to use said badge and give full credit to whoever created it.

(original)
I have this badge that I havnt had too much time free to work on (call me lazy). I feel I need the touch of the masters upon it, if at all possible.

Ive seen what you guys can do and Im at a dead end with inspiration.
(when you observe, you can see from the top left that it's where the refining has begun)(all arrow including fletching and axe should be gold)

If anyone has the time to play around with this thing (keeping the main colors, as they are club colors) I would be very grateful, thankyou very much all!

This is just a reasonably quick edit, but you can see where it's going.
