New comic, not sure if the punch line has enough pace, and i hate the colour choices...

The panels are well bordered and spaced, the colouring is good and the drawings are expressive. Definitely change the font though, never use Comic Sans for anything.
I also don't find the joke amusing, though that's subjective and not necessary what you wanted crits on.
I think it's mildly amusing.
Although three identical frames look a little boring, why not have the layout more like this:

The greyish colours in the leftmost panel are good, but the white background in the right panel isn't, if you use more cheery colours it would certainly make the joke come out better.
Googling different brands of candy might give you ideas for the colours on the middle frame. (That is, I think making it look like a candy advert would be funny)
As the fat guy, I actually find this rather amusing, so good job there. As for colorization and layout, I pretty well agree with what TwinMoon said. And what Flibble said about Comic Sans. Worst font ever. ;)
I like it!
I'm usually not fond of things like this, but this one made me laugh.
Simple, straightforward, blam!
As far as look goes, do what Twinmoon suggested with layout.
And, try to add secondary shade to main colors. I did a few tries with flash, and lighter, low-saturation shades work quite well. Unfortunately, I managed to mess up my edit, so no posting here :(
The middle panel looks like the Israelian flag! ;-)
You don't say what you want feedback on, so I assume it's the artwork you want critiqued. Looks good to me. However you might want to spellcheck the text in the final frame.
What I like about this strip is that it's not yet another geeky internet meme parody. Other than that I didn't really find the joke funny but as Flibble said, that's subjective. The art style looks nice but in the future, don't use gradients. Gradients are bad.
I also agree with the comment about Comic Sans. This website (http://www.blambot.com/) has some good looking alternative fonts suitable for comics. You might want to check it out. Some of them are commercial but there are also good free ones.
It could be the fact that my intellect is of such gargantuan proportions, but it seems like you're kind of pointing out the punchline already in the second frame, only to point it out again in the third, in a more obvious manner. That's not really optimal here, I think.
I think the whole joke would work better like this, as a one frame advert type thing. (A quick MSPaint modification)

To me the first frame isn't so necessary for the joke to work.
Nah. Those infomercails always work with the Problem-Product-Solution formula.
How about this? am i moving closer or further away (http://www.2dadventure.com/ags/newdiet2.jpg)
I had a look at a bunch of diet pill websites, they do alot of thin person on white next to giant representation of drug in question.
