Next time you can just modify your previous post so you don't double-post ^_^

Anyway, about the background... what kind of room is it, and what kind of game is it going to be in? Ã, It kind of looks like a padded cell, but I'm not sure if they put metal bedframes in those (it would kind of defeat the purpose, I would think), and it also seems to be too large a room for that.
The room itself seems to lacks shading and detail, but that may depend on the graphic style you're aiming for. Ã, Also, I'm not sure if it was done on purpose, but the squares on the walls vary in size.
Tell us a little more about what you're doing, and we can probably help you out more effectively ^_^

TheCheese33

Yes. It looks like a room you'd find in an insane asylum (sort-of), but it doesn't look too finished. A description of what it is, where it is, and the purpose would help us help you out.

here is my first bg

and here is my new one.

I hope everyone can see it.
It's a padded cell. (it's hard to tell, I know)
the bed, as will be explained in the game, is made of plastic.
the side walls are OK, I think, but the back wall could use some work.
The padding is a little messed up on the side walls but i wanted it to look cheaply made.
My shading is way off but i can't find a good light source.
Since it is an Asylum cell I was thinking about putting a bulb on a wire
or an animating background where a light bulb swings around.
but... that didn't work out.
So far, I tried everything I could and It just didn't look right.
Please any advice will help!

Well, you got the perspective almost right - the back wall needs straight horizontal lines.

Image Google some pics of padded cells for inspiration - you need more tones to properly shade the padding, and the bed would probably be built-in and padded in some way. Lamps, I think, would be embedded in a very high ceiling.

Edit: Here's a rough 5-minute 3d sketch with inspiration for perspective and shading:

Hm..too bright and yellow in my opinion.
Here's my shot at this:

Ok...

I added some detail and straightened  the back wall.

hope you like it.

here is the same thing but a different color.

please tell me if it's good.

The giant pad on the right catches my eye and bothers me.  It had better be part of the story...

As for actually critics, I think that you should try again with adding your light source.  Perhaps a window in the door that's behind the camera?  Something to add depth.

Padding the floor would be good too, since real padded rooms have soft floors as well (don't they?).

Anyway, your latest update looks fine for a game, it only needs to get better if you want it to.

The giant/double-sized thing is probably the door, right?

I've used the red lines to get equal distances, they end at y-coords 0, 40, 80, 120, 160 and 199.
Then I've used the diagonals (blue) to make sure each section is of the same width, starting from the back wall. (The diagonals meet in a second vanishing point which is located somewhere below the original one and has the same x-coord).

And DON'T use jpg, as was ill-advised by somebody, jpgs screw up pics with a low color count, it's only good for photos. Use png instead.

Last updates were better with perspective - but to be honest, I'm still not thinking padded cell when I see them. Walls could be stone or any other material. The shading needs to define shape and material in more detail, and unless you're on a very tight color-budget you could add more tones. Also, I like what Alliance did with the floor and ceiling.

As Akumayo said, it's your choice - in game you could tell the player that it's a padded cell in some other way.

Even better.  The pads still look a bit stiff, but it could easily pass for a padded room so long as the player is told that it is.
Nice background overall.
