Ahoy, mateys.
just finished drawing this for a game idea I've been fiddling with.

I got the idea when I was playing Doom II when it suddenly occurred to me: what if you were batting for the other side?
So the story will, in short, be about a not-very-powerful demon who is sent along with a bajillion other demons to attack the human realm. The player needs to keep him alive with wit and cunning, as he is fairly outmatched by the heavily armed marines running about.
The only problem I have with these sprites is the side on view's leg. I'm not sure how to make it look betterer. Suggestions?
The side view looks like he only has one leg.
1. Reduced skin colors to increase contrast.
2. Made legs one pixel taller and torso one pixel shorter.
3. Made head slightly larger and centered the eyes. Also made horns more pronounced and went with pointy ears.
4. Adjusted leg in side view to make it curve more and added the other leg for depth.

I think you did quite well with this. Nice work!
Thanks Progz, nice edit. :D
I also hate the way Firefox 3 blurs stretched images. :-\
Yeah, it's a fairly common complaint with sprite artists. My advice if it really bothers you is to go back to firefox 2 like I did, since Mozilla has received tons of complaints about it and seems to have no intentions of removing the bilinear filtering (or adding a setting to turn it off) :(.
Bastards!
Maybe I will go back to Firefox 2.
Thanks again Progz.
