DPaint Fun

So I downloaded DPaint 2 today, it's not much but I thought I'd show it and ask for some crits.

I'm confused about the angle. I can't tell what direction the water is and what direction the boat is and what angle each object is.

That is a tough angle. I would draw the whole boat first, then I would add the water line around the boats hull. I would make the water darker under the boat as well, to give a bit of a shadow.

The problem at the moment is the back of the boat, the angle is off which makes it tough to figure out exactly where your looking from. The back of the boats wood panels should go slightly down instead of up, thats were your angle is off the most.
