Wrong forum, so I'll move it to CL. Please read forum rules before posting in future.

There's a link about posting images at the top of the page when you make a post (" How do I post images, smileys and formatting? "), and better upload space available here amongst other places - try a forum search. The Big List Of Paint Programs might contain a link to a decent, free art package.

The art side of things isn't my forte, so I'll leave it there...
I know what you're thinking ... Don't think that.

Don't post bmps, use gif or png.

Here is your picture.

At this stage nobody can help you really. I would advise to forget digital art for now and grab a pencil and paper. Sketch for 2 weeks and make your sketches really small, so you don't get lost in detail.
Keep all your drawings (even if they are completely unrecognizable). You will enjoy looking back and seeing how much you have improved. Maybe read 1 or 2 tutorials, but practice is the key. Try to draw something and don't give up if it does not turn out the way you want.
Good Luck!

Go to the local library and get a book like "Drawing for beginners" or something... ofcorse if there are any...
I am just a shallow stereotype, so you should take into consideration that my opinion has no great value to you.

Well, yeah it is expensive if there is no will. You could learn to draw by just looking at other peoples drawings, but that requires will and practice practice practice. Most good drawing books are also quite expensive, but believe me, they are worth it if you have enough will to practice ;)

Firstly ... Let me introduce you to my good friend punctuation.

Secondly, as has been suggested, practice practice practice.  Micro$oft Paint is a fully functioning program that, with the aforementioned practice, you can generate some really pleasing results.

The layout of your background isn't horrible.  In fact, on a [very] basic level this is a functional enough background.  It just lacks any pleasing asthetics and thus, is boring.

Try to put a throne in there yourself, try adding more details, try giving it some more "life".  Try these things yourself and then post in here.  Keep on practicing and you'll get it.

Good luck.

Also, use Google to search for pictures of rooms that are similar to the one you're trying to create. Look at the various items in them, the different shapes, textures, and coloring.

No problem, that's why we're here. And I hope you come up with some great backgrounds in the future! :)
