This is my first low res character, I'm gonna animate him punching. So I will post it on here when I'm done. By the way, be nice :P.

Don't use jpgs, save it as PNG instead.
This looks like mixed resolutions (2x2 pixels next to 1x1 ones), can't really tell due to the jpg artifacts though.
Plus, this seems to be a 2 minute job. Why don't you refine it a bit before starting to animate it?
