What is a good progam to use for drawing pictures and rooms? I use windows paint and it looks like crap.

But to answer;
Paint Shop Pro and Photoshop are good general purpose art programs.
Deluxe Paint is good for an old school feel.
There are loads mroe but I think PSP or PS will do what you want.
PSP which you can get from www.jasc.com and photoshop ww.adobe.com. Both are trial versions.

I keep saying if you spe enough time getting to know paint you can make quality stuff with it

Try to browse (use search) the boards before writing a request.
