Critique on Merman Sprite.

This is like 8 colors, including transparency.
Done in a adapted sierra-esque style for 320x240.
His 'skintone' is not human colored, it's meant to have it's slightly 'neon tone'.

I don't like the shading of his lower body (the bright line). I'd make it like this, or similar (I added one color I think):





Otherwise I like it, especially the fins look nice.

EDIT: And I'd change the dark shading on the arms too, it looks too angled imo.

I like that sprite. I really like it, good detail, nice and easy to recognise as a merman. Personally I would add a secondary colour (to contrast the neon-red)- either as a pattern on the skin, or for the fins.

Other than, it's really nice.
