Portrait of character I wanted to appear in "Ambers of Dream".

No bad afterall, but in my opinion it's too blurry.
I'll suggest either:
1. Don't use any smoothing/smudging, or:
2. Use smoothing/smudging only for the interior lines, currently, the outlines are partly blurred, partly intact, which looks odd, or even
3. Smooth/smudge all lines so to make things consistent. (not recommended actually).
