Not bad, a fairly catchy tune! Is it all samples, though? My only critique is that the off-beat guitars (if thats what they are) sound a little strange - because they're off-beat.

yes, Its all Loops, Im doing it in ACID 4.0, i cant play a stinkin instrument to save my life, so im making due with what i have..

agree with mods.

It's fairly catchy, but those guitars are more than just off beat. They're almost 3/16th of a beat off.
Move them to the left slightly (if you know what I mean) and it'll sound a whole lot better and in time.

Apart from that, it sounds fine.
