Help with a bartender/hero

Okay, this is the hero for Dumb Quest

I think it's an okay sprite, but I'd like to have him sort of have a clothing style more like Samuel Adams (the one in the beer commercials)
Any suggestions?

quick question, why is he EGA, while his enviroment (from what I have seen in the production thread) is at least VGA?

Well, I'm pretty sure it's VGA (it's basically a paintover of a VGA king graham sprite)
Still, if you think otherwise, please feel free to post your version of it.

I think you should've mentioned that this is not original, but paintovers of sprites from a Sierra game.

We could also use more information on this guy. You said you wanted him to look like Samuel Adams.. so you want him to be colonial? I doubt a colonial man would wear colors like he has on.

Also, I dislike how Sierra often had generic playable characters and animations. Can't you add some originality to this guy? He looks like he came straight of a Kings Quest template or something.

Well, here's several alternates I painted. (The tan one is by largopredator)

Pesonally, I like Largo's the best, but it would be kind of hard to animate, and I really need a second opinion.
