Title: Help with animating chicken (talking)
Post by: D · Y · D · O on Fri 14/05/2004 20:12:52
Hey guys, I designed this logo for some people, but for their website I'd like to animate it. It needs to talk, but I have no experience in creating a decent talking animation, especially a chicken.

This is it.

Any ideas? I'm mean about how the beak should look, how many frames I need to animate, stuff like that. If someone feels like drawing some rough sketches that'd be a great help!

After reading this, take a look at Synthetique's topics, because I hate to steal his thunder with this thing.  ;)

That's one sexy cock.

I have no idea how you could animate that. Maybe if you made a straight faced pose to start out with, you can go anywhere from that point.

How about having it opening and closing its beak for a start :D

mmm... maybe just moving his down beak would work, and it seems pretty easy to be done...
