Give him some feet would be a good start.

His front view makes it look like he has a double chin. You should lower the chin pixels one or two pixels down.

yes i took care of that...looks better...i'm not sure what else to do...do they look similar? i mean...it doesn't look like someone else on the front view compared to the sideview?

I think it looks pretty much liek the other guy there, in other words, they look the same. Though here's a point to consider. In the side view, the guys jaw looks a lot wider because he's got this manly corner there. However, on the front view the chin seems to go up and in like a triangle. I'd say widen his jaw just a bit to make it look more, say, manly/mature.

I tried to do what Tuomas suggested, put each ear one pixel to the middle and changed the shading/chin a bit.

Maybe it's just me...but based on the side-view it seems like in the front-view his eyes should be further apart.

IMO the side view looks great. The front is good, but still needs a little something to match up to the side.

Maybe the ears shouldn't be so wide in the front view as well?

It looks to me like his shoulders are horribly broken - I'd try putting his arms more behind his torso than they are right now and see how that looks. The face actually looks fine to me.

I like it, but I'd say his collar in the front view looks kinda odd. Try to make it more curvy in the middle. Otherwise, I can't think of anything else that is obvious.

I was just messing around and this is what I came up with.  I used the large jaw version that Matti posted.

I removed the dark mouth on both views, and the dark ear holes on the front view.
Tried to give him a bum chin.
Also decreased the width of his neck.
Changed his hair around a little.
Removed dark lump on cheek in side view.
Changed front of his collar to match other collar.
