Post by: patriksaha on Fri 30/01/2015 17:41:43
Hello, I maybe posting in the wrong section maybe.

I am having a great problem making a walk cycle for my character. Actually I am a not good with drawing figures =.= I am creating the walk cycle on flash. I made the Side walk cycle but the front and back walk cycle is giving me problem :( if anyone using any other software which is easy for walk cycle please help. This is my character so far.

Cool character. But yes, this is the wrong section. A little further down is the critics lounge, perfect for stuff like this. This section is for help with AGS code, script and problem solving with beginner  game making questions. I'm sure a mod will come along and move the thread for you soon.

Hopefully someone there will help you out.

Check out the critics lounge and browse around. There are some good walk cycle templates you could take a look at for reference. Check the contributions thread too.

Or you could cheat like I did and make his coat go down so you can only see his feet and animate those.

(Not my avatar character - he's never seen walking!)

ummm nothing like that :/ if anyone can give me a full fledged character front and back walk cycle so I can edit mine and make it working. Not a stick man or reference body like with only lines but a full character :/

It's vector art so you'd need to supply the file if you want someone to edit it properly.
