I had to right-click it then it saved as .html,Ã,  renamed it to .ogg and was finally able to listen to it...I like the music although it doesn't really feel scary, it sounds more like a background music for a kind of temple.

I think maybe you could slow it down a bit, add some blanks and use drums only at a few moments to startle you, but this is just an idea.

It's rather short, but a good start. Like Setsuna said, slowing it down would be a good idea. I actually like the drums, but I'd definitely use a different sound. The one you're using now has to many drumbeats that sound rather funny and not scary at all. You could also try to use lower notes as they tend to create a more scary atmosphere. Try something like organs, slow strums of the bass etc.
Listen to some examples for scary music to give you some ideas. Here are some things I found doing a really quick search on google:

http://www.sounddogs.com/previews/23/mp3/391752_SOUNDDOGS_Oc.mp3
http://www.sounddogs.com/previews/23/mp3/391660_SOUNDDOGS_Pu.mp3
http://www.sounddogs.com/previews/3811/mp3/343371_SOUNDDOGS_Gr.mp3

I bet there are plenty of other examples. But as you can hear, they are all pretty slow. You are kind of rushing through your melody in comparison. I think slowing down will already help a lot making your theme scarier.
To add some extra creepiness to your theme, you could use some scary sounds (screams, rattling of chains etc.).

Hope I could help a bit. Keep up the good work!

Yes it is fast , I have to find something I can slow the tempo down with as the program I'm using only goes to that beat and no slower .
I'm using MusiGenesis to make the tunes .

Hey! I have to say you improved a lot on this one, great job!
It almost reminded me of that creepy Resident-Evil atmosphere(same instruments maybe).
If i had to comment on it i'd say you overdid it with the strange sounds in the middle of the song, a few notes are a bit too high and seems out of place.
I think the shamanistic voice you added is a good idea ;)

Edit: I'm sorry to say this but i hate your avatar, if this is supposed to describe you, i'd really like to know in which way!

Really good work on the atmosphere of this tune, remonds me of Legacy Of Kain soundtrack.

I agree with Setsuna on the high pitched sounds, I suggest making them quieter. The piano is a nice touch, but some notes come in to soon. I would also suggest getting rid of the 'shaman voice', or replacing it with low volume screams, breathing, crying sounds, or whatever would fit the scene better. It seems that your tune is 'broken' into three parts: piano, high pitched sounds, voice. Try making them blend together. I mean adding some piano to the 2nd or 3rd part or something. The tune ends suddenly, which would be ok if it looped but it starts fading in. My last suggestion is to make the tune fade out in the end or even make the ending crossfade with the begining of it.

Sorry for nitpicking. All and all it sounds pretty good.

It's really an improvement. Much better than the original. Just follow Setsuna's and Damien's advices and you're done imo.
