He looks kinda of chubby. If that's intentional, then you've achieved that. If not, you might want to try shortening the number of pixels on the outside edge of the inside of his arms (if that makes any sense) to make him look slightly slimmer.

Also, given the angle of the pose the feet look slightly awkward, he looks at the moment as if he's standing on tiptoe. And the pose itself is a little stiff. People rarely stand symmetrically, and when they do they look stiff and unmoving (soldiers would do this, a normal person wouldn't). Some variation in the pose can work wonders for a sprite, adding character and personality you might not even have realised was there.

i didnt meen for him to be chubby so i didnt get that right.

i will try to change the way he stands make him more aloof.

I'll give it a shot but I'm only a passable spriter myself, I'd probably just end up making it look worse! XD

Not knowing much about the character I did a real quick edit. I kept your colors the same and gave you an idea for the hair and slimed him down some. I also fixed the pant legs. Hope it helps. BTW, for your first sprite attempt it’s a very nice start.

thankyou for that o and u didnt need to worry about personality of the sprite cause he aint go 1 yet.

also im to lazy to make walking animations that look good so i was gona make my main char in a wheel chair or a hover chair. do you think with having this restriction to my main char it would affect the game to much?

I think that if you are too lazy to put effort into your game it is bound to become obvious to the players.  For instance, you've already started out with a paintover of someone else's sprite (Mr. Colossal's), which has walk cycles available as well.  Having a character in a wheel chair isn't something that would bother people, but a clear lack of effort on your part certainly will.

Remove template'ish stance.
It's so overused.

Wheelchair will NOT save you from animating.
Instead, it will work horrible with 4-direction views.

And it's always so hard to find a doorway that will fit the damn thing.  ;D  I guess that would add to the adventure part of the game :P

How can I put this delicately... look at his crotch. It looks like he's naked from the waist down or his trousers are transparent. Unless that's the look you are going for, I think you need to make some changes here.
