Cool.

His head, neck and arms are not quite the same color... His head looks more yellow then the other two parts

First of all, just put some image tags around that link so it's viewable and maybe with some magnification 2x or something, like so:

Second, it looks fine, but somehow the past pants seem to have a different shading than the shirt (as in pants have it and the shirt doesnt), but even so, it's a pretty good sprite.

Actually, I think his face is shaded fine in comparison to the rest of him. My only complaint is that his hair may not have enough shine on it. I know it's a bowl cut, but it could use a little more reflection, just to show off it's smoothness.
