This is for a little webcomic project me and my mate are starting up (another webcomic, JUST what the internet needs >_<)
But I dont care, it's written by me and my friend and we're basing it on some old games of mine. The style is anime (groan again) but it's a style I believe fits the bill for fantasy and a style I myself practice alot on top of the random cartoon styleez.
mmm i dont see anything wrong with it... i like it alot :D.. what were thinking of improving?
He said he is improving.. not what do we think needs improving ;)
That is very good keep it up!
In one word: gorgious! :D
I like this guy a lot! ;D If your games also look like this, I can't wait to play them!
Lol we call this concept art.
I don't care, it's beautiful!
And sketchy isn't always ugly. In fact, I like some pictures even more when they are sketchy!

It's not game art, it's for a webcomic currently in developement hell. Although I had an RPG with my own graphics I was/still may be making:

In it I intend to merge traditional 2D drawn with some 3D bits. Here's a page example which is all 2D (hand drawn)

Though I converted it to black and white after, which looked shedloads better (and repaired the grammar errors) but that's on another computer.
Woo, I really like how the main character looks. It looks crisp, clear and clean - and anime-ish ( which isn't a bad thing at all. ;D )

Dum dum, da dee da dee da duuuuum! (Zelda Overworld theme)
Very, VERY "Link to the Past" inspired, though I can see it was redrawn and not just ripped.
Yeah I redraw it, but it was heavily influenced by Zelda, though that's an old shot, the new set (tileset, rpg maker etc) is not so blatantly inspired.
I started work on that Tileset after a 8 hour go on Wind Waker for the first time and having fell in love with its style just HAD to:P.
The RPG is called Aramore: The 7 Castles and is based in the same world as the webcomic (only a long time before).
It will feature a 100% original story line about the hero of time saving a princess!
