I think you should make the head a little larger, making it more consistent with the body. You managed to get the overall style right, though.

I lengthened his neck and also the right leg and change the shading a bit, because I don't really want him fat.

I think you've made the shoulders too sloping now, but otherwise, it's much better

Here you go.

1.  Adjusted posture and proportions.
2.  Made head slightly larger and gave him more neck.
3.  Reshaded face and added a beard shadow.
4.  Reshaded body.

You can ignore the one on the right if you want, I just did that to see how he would look in his outfit :).
