(I zoomed the sprite through Photobucket, so it looks extremely blurry);

okay that wasn't really polite -

I am trying to make a speech animation for this character.
I have examined a lot of speech animations of a lot of characters from a lot of games, and still I have no idea how to draw it.
I tried making his jaw one pixel thicker and erasing the pixel line under his nose, but there was no success(I didn't like it).
If anyone has a spare time to look into it and help me I ... will ... thank him?

Hey, don't judge me that hard... I'm a newbie for art.

Thanks in forward.

EDIT:
Since I managed to make the animation, I want no one to pay attention to this what I posted before the "EDIT:", but post feedback about this animation.

Well I'd suggest that by default you make his mouth
a)  1 black pixel (not a line thickeness, but just 1 pixel)
b) 1 pixel the color of that dark shade of brown you used for the back of his head
c) try not even drawing a mouth when he's not talking

Here's one solution (sorry don't know how to export animation from ase into gif, but here's a spread sheet):

I took one pixel from his jaw when the mouth is fully opened. And also I made it so his mouth is not seen when he's not speaking (frame 1), it'll make the sprite cleaner and easier to animte without really losing a lot.

EDIT: I see you went another way, that looks fine as well, just maybe slow the animation down a small bit.

Thanks anian!

They way you wanted him to talk was something that I did almost as the exact as yours(of course your is better than mine was >.<), but I managed to do it differently.

Yes, I will slow the animation a bit. The most important part for me was to draw those frames.

Thanks again.
