He looks a bit f(l)at and his hands are toooo short.

I can sure see a style here, the flatness is the only issue. Add some shading.

Looks pretty good, the only thing i would change is maybe make is arms a little longer.  I don't think he's too flat.  He reminds me of the Earthbound characters.

Im not very skilled in the arts of shading so if anyone wouldnt mind making some quick paintover with shades it would be nice. Whats up with the "I'm with stupid" sign? I dont see where it says im not supposed to insert bmp's

Really, try to follow human shape and make him a bit taller.
He's way too fat right now.

I suggest using a reference picture, to get shapes ok.

Well he is supposed to be cartoon-ish type:P But ill try to make him a bit slimmer:P

OK. Here's an edit. Added a neck and lengthened his arms. And yeah, he does look fat. Add some more shading too.

What about now? Added some more shading, neck, made him a bit skinnier and his arms a bit longer.

why does he hold his hands like that?? it looks like he's gonna punch some1 in the face

I've tried to make his hands look more relax-ish but it keeps on looking silly as hell.

try lowering the shoulders... to make him more relaxed

I made some pockets and stuff, and tried to lower his shoulders.

Nice pockets. Too bad he cant reach them.

His breast pocket doesn't look right... it looks more like a sagging lump of fat than a pocket on his shirt (not trying to be mean).  Mabye raise it up a little bit, and detail it a little bit more?

And you have to fix his shoulders.  He looks like a chubby toy soldier with his posture like that, especially with his hands in fists.

I really dont see how i can make the pocket more detailed. Please give me an example or something

I must say that the arms did look better but i cant say the same about the pockets
