MANGA... I need help(Solved)

What exactly do you need? And how did you do that image "but the use of little pre-made graphics"?
Did you copy-and-paste existing images to form a new one? Or did you use an image and scribbled your own version?

I can't say there's much wrong with it IMO; it has all the typical elements. The eyes are nice, too. It looks a bit, but I could be wrong here, like a portrait from RPG Maker version don't-know-what?

You could try some shading: Manga girls often use up to five or seven different colours for the hair; you can add exaggerated highlights too.

If you didn't do this from scratch, I suggest you show us the reference so we know on what level you are personally.

Just I was looking for tutorials but i found it here  http://www.howtodrawmanga.com/tutorial.html
But if ya guys want it i can scan some  drawings by me on paper
in a few days when i get to a scanner.
