They all seem quite correct to me, but the left talk bothers me a bit.
The up/down walking animations look quite static, but in the game with the character moving I think they'll look enough good...
The two walking left are the same, the only difference is the shadow on the legs and have some frames a bit moved. I like the left one, but without the shadow [in Zak, it doesn't appear the shadow, I don't know why I put it there.]. The first frame [the one with the arm on the back] it bothers me a little, I'll remove that piece of grey that appears on the shirt.
The most important thing on that is that it should look like a character in "Zak McKracken and the alien mindbenders"...
C&C please...
You have to know they're good when I could tell what style each were from before I read your description. Excellent work.
Heh, nice. Great idea.
The style definately shows...no problem identifying the games. :)
Well then, I'm gonna work on the walkcycles then...
He he great, Walk animations will look great with those. :)
How come you only wear glasses in two of the styles?
Great work, by the way.

In Gobliiins world, glasses doesn't exist. In Simon the Sorcerer I don't know if there's anybody wearing glasses... Maybe Sordid? I'll check it out later. Btw, I think it'll be difficult to put a glasses in there ^^.

They are just edits of the characters in the games...
Ow! Thanks to all of you for your opinion.

Yeah, but they are not Gobliiins... ^^.
Yeah, but glasses do exist.
Updated the first post with "Zak McKracken" version.
Perhaps the hair should wiggle a bit when in motion.

I've been thinking about that, but in Maniac Mansion and Zak McKracken, character's hair doesn't move when they walk...
Any more comments?
but most of the people in MM didn't have long spiky hair. Other than that, in the front view talking, the goate thing disappears in 1 frame.
In the side walking frames he looks like he is dancing. Not necessarily a bad thing, it looks lots of fun ;D
I think it is because the whole body rocks back and forth while he is walking
My comment is that maybe the copy is so good that it does not look like an original. It looks more a paintover than a version, but I am not sure if that's bad...

Look at Razor... if Razor's hair doesn't move, mine doesn't move...

I've seen that and fixed it already.

Do you think it'd be better to make the whole body static? I'll try that later and post a gif...

It's a paintover, but a version of ME [I am the character].
Thanks!
