Well, I figured I needed a new revamp til I can make a nice one in flash and whatnot. I'm having java problems so I couldnt 'make' the site, but I have the image. The whole child of e thing is a little inside joke with some buddies in case you where wondering.

I like the text of the nav options ... but I'm not a huge fan of the bevel'd buttons like that.

What about trying this:

Get rid of the buttons and just (using the same font) make the nav options sit directly on the black using the blue of the buttons as the color.  Then the mouseOver effect could be the lighter blue of the fire (from above it).

Just a suggestion!

I like the "Child of E" look there ... will it be centered on screen or justified?  Just curious.

Well, justifying the picture wouldn't look good, unless you used a flash image..

I think  the logo looks really nice. Good colors, and nothing too complicated.

I think the menu would look better in white (on a black background).. I guess you could try a few things to see what looks best.

By justify I mean would it be left or right justified (not full justification)

You're right ... it wouldn't look good stretched out.
