Ooh it looks excellent, I really like the composition, colors (the light yellow and purple match perfectly), contrast and shadows.
One thing that botters me is how the background darker part is drawn... It looks like if it was a badly compressed jpg image :P
Overall, it looks like a real painting, but maybe you should stay consistent with the brush size, like for the double-bass holes.
Made with a tablet I suppose ?

I really like this style. It reminds me of this comicbook thing I had years ago called Havok and Wolverine (or something like that)
It's very cool looking.
the only thing that confused me was the legs. Especially the back leg ... it ... I don't know how to describe. It just confused me at first.
Aside from that one area I love it!
I really like it. Even though you probably used a filter from the artistic menu to make it look like a painting, it looks really good.
This is pretty sound to be honest, as far as the choice of colours go i think maybe there are too many dark shades in the bottom right corner, and maybe some more shading on the front arm would add to the depth. I really like it though keep it up!

I didn't use a single effect or filter on this painting...and its all done with a mouse, no pallet...Ow..and yeah sorry for the bad compression...guess there were to many colors for gif compression...
