Personally I like him.  He looks like an icy mobster that is used to shooting.  I can shoot a 12 gauge shotgun without bracing myself, so I'm sure he can fire a little handgun without bracing.  I think the muzzle flash is a little bright, though.
That's like looking through a microscope at a bacterial culture and seeing a THOUSAND DANCING HAMSTERS!
