I have a sprite here I was working on and I have looked at it so much I am not sure if its good or not, so any critics would be welcome...

Just some stuff that immediately caught my eye:

Look at her belly button... it's not in line with her crotch, which should be the line of symmetry.

Her shoulders go down a bit low.  Might want to extend her upper arms upward.

Is that black line across the breasts part of the design?  If it is, you may want to suggest bulging.  If it's meant to be a wrinkle, you should lose it... it's cutting across the "filled" part of the shirt where there should be no room for slack cloth.

You may want to consider moving the breasts higher... mainly because that part of the curve that blends into the armpit is not very natural as is.

Her left knee (from her perspective) cuts in a bit deeply making it look as if her leg is two sausages in a link.

Unless her nose is meant to cave in a bit, it needs to round off toward the left side (our perspective) a bit.  As it is, it appears that her right cheek (her perspective) is swollen.

I know that sounded like a lot of criticism, but I actually like this sprite a lot.  Good luck!

What caught my eye first was the head. Try moving the head a bit to the right. Also I would lower the eyes a little.

Belly button seems to be little low.

Her right hand (bended one) seems strange somehow.

Might be illusion from belly button and long shirt, but somehow the torso seems maybe too long compared to legs.

I don't think you should move the breasts any higher as Candall suggested, but consider fixing the curves he was talking about.

EDIT:
Did a quick edit to illustrate the point about the head and eyes.
Also realised that moving the eyes might affect the style you were after.

thanx Candall + zabnat, your critics have been more then helpful. Zabnet? the edit you DID quite radically change what I was trying to convey, it made her look like a cranium bulging future freak, plus evil, not my intention at all. will do a edit end get back to you all.
any one else wanting to paintover or critic are more then welcome

aren't video game females supposed to be attractive? She looks like a $2 whore to be quite honest.

It's certainly not perfect, but here's what I did:

moved pixels in the bridge of the nose over a couple of ticks to the left... changed the line to a curve.

Removed a bit of the black line from the left breast.

Thickened arms, especially forearms.  Gave her an elbow.

Rounded shoulders and lifted the armpits, resulting in alteration of the curve of the breast.

Shortened torso and, by extension, the arms.

Moved the belly button a couple of pixels to the right.

Inverted curve on the left knee and thickened both legs.

Altered bulge of kneecaps and added hint of shadow to right kneecap.

I realize that my edits changed a few things about the core design, so sorry if I strayed from your intentions.  Feel free to nick it or disregard it.  If you decide to use it, please take a look at the upper arms.  I can't tell, but I might have left one longer than the other.  EDIT:  On my second look, I definitely made her right forearm much longer.

Uhh... you go right ahead and find that in the rulebook for us.

The question that came to my mind before any improvements was:  Should this character really be so large?  To my mind the answer is no, and my reasoning is the general lack of detail and definition. Large sprite designs open up many new possibilities but they also include a certain level of expectation.  I'm not saying it wouldn't work, it's just something you might consider.

I agree with ProgZmax, plus just think of how much harder this is to animate. Also maybe you should move the breasts down a little, you know make them a little saggier.
