Drawn pixel by pixel. Whaddya think, It's meant to be Jason Voorhees from the Friday the 13th series.

that's pretty good for y first try. The only thing I noticed was the legs and feet. Try to make them in a V like position. At htis point he is tanding like asoldier. Try to ad more fleksibilty to the guy.
The mask is too white. It should be more ragged and dirty. Like in this picture.

I also think that you should make the guys clothes green (and very ragged too). Like in this picture.

Anyways. Very good for your first pixelation.
I'm drawing a different film version. I couldn't find a pic, but in each film Jason got re-invented so yeah, wasn't aiming for eiter of them.
Never watched any of the movies. I just know the guy and I'v always imagined him to look something like in those pictures.
But where is his matchette?
It's not bad as an early, non-zombie, non-cyborg Jason - so the clean boiler suit and mask are fine. He just needs to be a bit broader I think - even in the early films he was a big bugger, while here he looks a little scrawny. And yes, he needs his machette.

Here's what I did:
1. copied and mirrored the right part of his body to make him simmetrical (sp?),
2. gave him a stance,
3. created a head using the oval tool several times,
4. (re)painted and shadowed it, I used the same colour on several things, like shoes, gloves, mask straps. That's why my repaint has 10 colors less than yours.
Here's what you could improve next:
-shoulders
-beer belly
-shoes
-jumpsuit pocket
Hope that helped.
