well, i would crit but I have no idea what it is! Is it some kind of water or sky? I mean its pretty but i can't say what I would change o anything because I don't know what you are going for.

Not a bad job so far... id like to see it with the floor and some details there- i dont know how that would work either as the cloud detail would be hard to match into the floor without looking weird.Ã,  Other than that, I think that the moon needs a little shading as it looks like a plain circle at the moment.

The white thing is the moon and (yup i know that you will critize this) The moon has to glow a bit...and the black things is clouds...

I don't really see how you can call this a background....all I see is some sort of purple pattern, seemingly rendered by some photoshop filter.

I suggest that you let go off fancy effects and focus on getting the basics right; practice simple line art, simple rooms or landscapes with the basic colours.

Also, picture in your head what you're trying to achieve, and what purpose the background in question would have in your game.

EDIT: Oh, and modify your posts instead of starting new ones. Everybody hates bumpers.

Where did u get photoshop? Im trying to find it cheap, any ideas?
