Great head, you get an A+ for that. As for the body it needs more depth and volume. Now it looks a bit like a paper person. Relax the arms by dropping them a few pixels have the bottoms of his clothing (beltline, sleeves, pantlegs) be more round. Looks like a good concept. And maybe try some backgrounds. Many people find that they can draw better backgrounds then they can people. You might have already done that but I have been gone for a week and I'm trying to makeup what I missed.
