I like the pose, but i can't make out what he is holding im guessing it is a gun of some sort and not sure what the background is but hey..

maybe add some more detail and facial features,

and where is he looking?

I didn't trace it from a photo.. But i was looking at a picture when i drawed it..  ;)

That's pretty good for not tracing.  Definitely could use some clean up, though.

Pixel art, by the way, is art where you can see the pixels at regular size.  Even more, it is when you modify the pixels individually, rather than all at once, IMO.
