I finally downloaded a musicprogram which I like (Noteworthy composer). After some minutes full of confusion I cooked this up:

It's made for using in titlescreens mainly, but I don't know or it is any good...

Good start for your first ever tune!
I'm by no means a musician myself (therefore Nikolas' or Geoff's comments, should they come, will no doubt be infinitely more useful than mine :)) and have only quite recently learnt a bit about keys, chord progressions and scales and such, but I'll try and dispense something useful, God willing :)
The little melody you have going on is a cool start but IMO should either be used more sparingly throughout the tune, or have more variations along the way to make it less repetitive.
Also, it seems like your tune is in C Major scale (using all the white notes) perhaps putting a few chord changes from the C Major key throughout the tune:
C, Dm, Em, F, G, Am, Bm
to add a bit of variety, changing the melody to fit onto the current chord would make your tune feel more progressive.
The notes played through the second half of the tune (the ones that play solo right at the end, may make a really nice chord progression if you turned them into chords out of the key above.
The bassline should perhaps play C sometimes too given the key of the tune, maybe even start on it. I do like the little bass ditty toward the end of the bass loop :)
Or something :) as I say I'm no musician I may be talking complete crap, but this is what I'd do :) anyway good start, would like to hear your future tunes see how its going.

Speed it up!
Don't know about speeding it, but possibly add some variation in the hits, as you now have mostly one quarter hits most of them, the bass for instance. And that tends to get on ones nerves pretty quickly. Basically it gives the image of something like tok tok tok tok, like a headache. Not that this isn't good, I'm not saying that, but perhaps some little milder weapons, ie instruments, and try and make the melody go forward, because I had troubles in catching what it was like, mostly what I heard was notes after each other. Don't make that mistake, write a complete melody. You have a great start here, carry on :D
F-lydian sounding to me, really like it. Though, it doesn't move enough. I'll show you what i mean in a bit.
Yurina, you've done well!! I quite like the tune. It's nice, and the instruments suit each other. The melody is quite repetitive but it still works. For your first time though, you've done really well, keep it up!
PS, I'm not sure what game this is for, but I just want you to know I still have some choons in the works for the game we discussed in PM. I will send them over very soon :)

i added another part, to add variety i guess. then a 3 bar turn around at the end so it comes back into the main piece. anyways i hope this gives you ideas and if not well it was fun to doodle with. unfortunately i didn't really change keys or anything but that is never necessary to make good music.
