Looking for opinions

Hi, everyone. I'm in need of your professional opinions of this two pictures I made. I was trying to make them look like Broken Sword characters. So, what do you think?

the top one is definitely in line with the broken sword, but the bottom 1 is a bit out of proprtion, with the waistline going in. Look good though, good luck with it. Youre a braver man than me if youre planning on animating them like BS characters lol.

  The old man it's out of proprtion on purpose, because I thought that if I made all my characters tall and good looking, it wouldn't be like in real life.

Very nice.I agree with DanClark,you will have lots of trouble if you want to animate them.I think they have too much Antialiasing (or is my screen misty) =)

Yeah, but if you are gonna have a hort character he needs to be taller (If you get what i mean) Shortest for a rown character would be about two heads smaller than that top one, unless they were a dwarf...

Other than that .... That top one looks really good, almost like you just took george and painted over him (In fact.. you probably did... Did you?)
