I'm trying to learn to do 80-90's sierra style pixel art.
Any links/refrences/comments are welcome!
This is my practice runs so far, any info on how to improve upon them is welcome.

Quick suggestions :
1/ Apply the same perspective to every detail of your drawing :
- On the first drawing, the perspective is not the same on the 2 central columns as it is on the columns on the far left and right
- On the last drawing, there is strictly no perspective on the 4 middle columns. That's really weird.
From your drawings I believe you don't master some theoritical aspects of perspective. I'd recommand you to pratice to achieve that kind of things : http://www.ider.herts.ac.uk/school/courseware/graphics/one_point_perspective.html or http://www.ider.herts.ac.uk/school/courseware/graphics/two_point_perspective.html
You should practice with either one-point perspective or two-point perspective.
2/ Choose a source of light and try to be consistent with it :
- On the first drawing, the parts that are dark and the parts that are light don't seem to be consistent. Where does the light come from?
- On the last darwing, it seems like the light comes from the eyes of the observer (us), whereas it should come from inside the scene.
Once you've decided where the light comes from, that allows you to draw more realistically, especially in the second drawing: You can paint over the bricks to have the top of them lighter and the bottom of them darker. It gives an illusion of 3D.
Thank you very much for the info, I will surely study that.
