Ok, here's the thing, I've got this background of some offices. One has a panel in it's side. I made it in paint and then messed around with some photoshop effects and came with this:

So, I would like to know if I could change anything, or improve something. A paintover would be nice if you want to. Thanks!

you've got the perspective correct, for the most part. you need to improve your colouring and shading. everything just looks like a variation on noise patterns.

For colouring, start with a solid colour for each item. Then think about how much light that that object is receiving and lighten or darken accordingly. Then add highlights. This is where light reflects from the object. Then Shadows, obviously where light doesnt reach. The best way to do this is with layers.

I'd suggest you checkout some tutorials on colour, and put some more time into your work. This looks like it was churned out in 10 minutes using filters in photoshop.

Ok thanks! Yeah I spent most of the time in the perspective, and I couldn't get the floor back to how it was before, I wanted to do a rug. And I'll try to do a better shading. In what parts would you add or change colours?

What I think is most irritating is the texture of the ceiling. The camouflage pattern should get smaller in the distance and blend into a rather smooth gray. Now my eye is not sure where to focus on the picture.
Second, clean outlines. Try to do exact filling of the floor and the bottom of the floor. With photoshop you can easily mark the areas where you want to paint/apply filters without affecting the areas outside your selection.
