Hi there! I created for my website a wallpaper, but I'm not sure weither it's already good or that I should add something.
It feels clean like it is, but also abit empty. Can someone help me here, give me hints?

No offence, but it looks like an annoying banner add more than a wallpaper. I think you should use bolder colors for starters, unless that color scheme is tied to the website color scheme. Secondly, I would advise sharper and crispier shapes and font. The silhouettes look too jagged and some of the text looks like it's been added in paint.
Also, the relation of empty space to crowded space is what you should consider. Minimalism is the word nowadays. Make your website address really small and position it to the bottom, in this case to the left side. In addition, make the main text bigger and the slogan smaller, but very attached to the main text.
It's hard to comment on the silhouettes, as I really don't know what they represent. The problem here is to get them to correspond well with each other, and be shown as the main objects of the image, while still looking good.
EDIT: Well, I used up too much of my spare time and did this edit. It all went to shiznits when I added cutouts of those characters:

So this is just a quick mock-up, but maybe you'll get what I'm trying here. You need more depth, more simplicity in shapes and most of all sharpness. Feel free to use it. I wouldn't be caught signing this one for myself ;D.

Now I think it's a tad bit too busy. But I still like it. Great color choice
The blurry one gives me a motion sickness sorta feel. I seems to busy to me, maybe tone down all the waves?
