need help with a cave..

hello guys

I am having a little proplem with a cave...
i dont know how i am going to create the wall, you know, so it would look like a cave..

this is what i got:

You should just make it dark grey, with the light from the opening pouring light into it. Make it look like the only light there is from the opening, with a way so that you can still see what you need to see. Have the floor texture made rock. And, most importantly, just play around with the cave's structure, just to make sure it feels right for your game. Good luck with your project!

i modified the wall and the floor..



humm, i dont think this is good..
i made the wall a little like a cave, but i think it ended a bit like something else

I think your idea of using the spray can was good, but instead of black use a shade or two lighter and darker on the wall.

well, i saw what you did and i found it really amazing ;)
proplem is that i am creating a game with 256 color :( but i am trying to edit a palette for it and this is what i got:

That screen looks great. I don't think I would change anything now. I like how you can only see the call texture where the light hits.

it looks fine mate, the stones by the door look a little off colour but it still looks good.
