I would like to know if there is someone that know how to draw characters like the one in the lucas art adventure games (M1, M2, sam & max). What programs should i use and what settings should i use. Is there a good tutorial?

Please Help!

i'm doing a game in the early lucasarts style (MM, ZMK)

i don't really know if it's actually any good, but i did it looking at the proportions of the MM and ZMK characters and the using them on my style, i'm using photoshop and the pencil tool on size 3 to do x1 pixel and the rest is easy, just draw my friend..

Thanks for the help! I hope that I soon will be uploading my first character. Is there a good palette I can use?

If i wasnt at work, i could go into much more detail. The lucasarts characters (lets say mi2) are really badly proportioned. they have big heads and short legs. but it doesnt stop them from looking good. i did quite a few lucas style sprites in my younger years. just remember. the side standing view always has the characters body standing at about a 30 degree angle away from the screen and the head is facing the direction he will move.

i hope that makes sense.
