Title: Need help with my character.
Post by: Jimi on Sat 19/04/2003 18:57:25
Hi. I have started to draw the main character for my upcoming game: Rodney McNab: The Statue of Kaan. Believe it or not, he's called Rodney. Anywayz, I can't seem to draw his body too well. This is him so far...

You'll notice that his hand is too big, and His body is not finished.

To get a gist of my style, take a look at this kid I drew once...

ALL help is apprieciated. Thanx

Looks good so far.  I like the cartoony style, hopefully you can get the body down.  I'm not sure if this is what you meant by his hand being too big, but I think maybe the arm is too long.  Possibly that could be because his torso isn't done yet, and I'm just perceiving it incorrectly.  Either way, good work.

Looking good! If you draw the leg long the arm will fit right in, if you draw the leg small, the arm will look long. If the legs start from where the shirt is ending now, the arm is going to look a little long for sure.
