i need some help on the shading, and i dont like the way his hair is.

Can i suggest you give him a crotch as his legs are too high up?

And his neck is too long.

And there's is more to crit, but I'll leave it at that for now.

i used his face and legs as reference becasuse i suck at drawing both

he has penguin legs dont you think?
I personally would have left the legs as it is but raise the torso higher
