Wow...it looks pretty cool :) I'd probably slow it down slightly though. I think it looks great though. :)

I slowed it down a little and croped the white. He still seems a little fast though, In the game I will make him move a little slower.

i changed the feet up a little. made it so his leg changes shape as hie leg moves as you have it now it kinda looks like his upper leg never moves, and i changed the shoes so that three frames of him with his foot on the ground have the same shoe and i overlapped his knee on one...

does that make any sense?

sorry to be off topic, but what program do you use to rip open gifs?

GIMP as well as many other "more powerful" graphics programme can do that (I think eric used PS)

looks great man. but whats with the double pixels on his lower arms? is that on purpose?

i use imageready, just drag it in from the internet and wooop!

as for the pixels, this image was scaled up to odd degrees, the pixels look 3 times as big but if i scale it down by 3 it gets all wacky. if i scale it by 1/3 the pixels are doubled, if i scale it by half it gets all wacky

I think the upper body could look less stiff.

Quick attempt:

Edit: Updated the modified version

nice work.  what about making the head a little less static as well?  he also seems to be walking a little more to his left than right.

Great improvements guys! Only thing left is to make the animation slower.
