If you could Give me some Input and Stuff

and if he needs any work.

Nightfable

I like him, he has a goofy way about him. Maybe you could add a logo on his blue cap, it looks a little plain. Otherwise, you've done a really good job!

GarageGothic

Being a Poser user myself, I can tell how much morph work you've done on this character, and it looks great. I'm not sure what kind of person he's supposed to be, but in my opinion the suit and cap look weird together, but maybe that was the point. Otherwise you might want to transfer the face to a nude male model and dress him properly.

One thing though: I think you should lighten the skin. The major flaw with most Poser characters is that they all have a mediterranean sort of skin color. Usually because people use a skin-colored texture on top of a skin-colored model, which darkens it considerably. So turn the surface color white and let the texture do the coloring (this is true for all surfaces - I always start out with plain white models and do all coloring with texstures). If the skin render color already IS white you might want to lighten the texture in a paint program.

Otherwise great work.

Dr Snark

Yeah, He is Supposed to be a Weird Old man who lives alone somewhere and has no life and lives with his pet ___ I don't know yet and stuff, so i have him dressed the why i like him.  af for the Skin, I will try to lighten him up some how.

as i will be working on More Characters and the interface this week.  and shoot for a working game SOON .

thanks for the Input

Flippy_D

Darken the cap, as well... it's a little too opulent, currently.

Neole

Looks good! I would never have guesseed its poser.

Hollister Man

Wow!  I love it.  I am using poser to do most of my character animations in Mask:ADV. BTW, I have been searching for a way to change the UV coordinates of the original Casual Man, might you know how?  I need to try to make him look like Connor from MoE, but with a five pixel face it is kinda hard.  I might just make him look like me!  (yuck!)  Hey, with the great morphing you did, maybe you could (pleeeeease?) fake a try at making a Poser guy look like the face on the box cover for Mask of Eternity?

BTW, if you are going to use close up for talking, you might try selecting "figure>body" and making his Z scale lower.  It gives Poserites a bit more 2d appeal.
That's like looking through a microscope at a bacterial culture and seeing a THOUSAND DANCING HAMSTERS!

Your whole planet is gonna blow up!  Your whole DAMN planet...

Dr Snark

 :D ;D :-\ :-* :)

Yeah, I kinda used Poser 5, The latest version, that thig is awesome when it comes to Morphing and making custom faces,
ok i could TRY to morph a guy, but we'll see  ;)

and thanks for the great input.  my game is coming along and will have a demo out soon..

--Take Care and have a great one.

Hollister Man

WOW, I wish I could get Poserr 5.  I only gots poser 4.  I've been fooling with dork's face for a while, now I have a distorted, but still obviously, poser dork.

GarageGothic

Woohoo, I got Poser 5 yesterday. Played around with it some, and it's incredible, you can do almost anything with the new face morph room and the morph putty tool. You can even build custom face geometry (along with new textures) from photos of your friends. Can't wait to get this baby up and running and churn out some new walking views - although it means I'll have to redo my Shadowplay characters completely with the new models.

Dr Snark

Good, bow you can copy me  ;D
Ok. But I have ONE slight Problem...

i get this Purple bamnd around them every time i go to render them out. Its annoying.
