Title: new style on a new program (backgarden)

i just got paint shop pro 8 off of OSC and i tried it out and came up with this, it another one of the bgs being used in my possible game.

it looks empty and needs something, please could i get a little help?

hmm the area under tree is bare. Add a tire swing and longer branch or maybe a rusty car. Maybe even a fire pit

Try adding a mountain or some trees in the background.  A lot of "noise" in the deep background gives the illusion that a lot is going on.  Also if you want to take the time, making the clouds drift slowly across the horizon or the tire swing swaying can be a good idea, (people's eyes are unconciously drawn to movement, and will keep looking to it - pulling their eyes away from empty areas.)

How about a hosepipe? Should be good, and some holes in the goud, (from dog maybe...?)
