Only one thing I noticed, and it's small...
I noticed that in both front AND side views, the edges of the brimmed hat are turned up. Most hats are only turned up at front OR sides, not both. But again, there are exceptions to the rule..... so ignore me, perhaps...

You have a point there, because if the hat was turned up at the sides, then the side view should show these turn ups on the hat, and vice versa. Apart form that it looks fine though.
They look pretty good, but I think the shoulders should come out a little bit off of the neck, instead of sloping straight down, and the legs seem a little short. But the legs are probably just my personal opinion.
Maybe its just my monitor but on the sprite facing forwards in brown its hard to see his legs. I would make his legs a darker brown color.
Hat colour is different in the grey back view.
I'd make the feet a pixel longer in the side view, maybe slope the trouser cuff diagonally back.
I'd also remove the double pixels from the creases in the capes, and tone down the creases a bit (remove some). They look like fur coats to me.
Maybe you could make his coat a pixel shorter, so it doesn't reach the ground.
