I made this talk animation today. It took me a hour to make. I'm trying to get a Dott style to it. What do you think?

Maybe you could add a little head movement when he talks.
For exmple, you could move his head down one pixel when his mouth is fully opened (saying E)
There's just one frame that sticks out to me.
The one where the jaw/cheek goes way out to the side. I think it might be just a little too much. You might want to make it a little smaller? I'm not sure really.
Aside from that I like the feel of it. Like Damien said you might want to 'bob' his head a little.
What do you think about a little bit of tentical 'wag'? Might look interesting.
I like it...it's a little but jerky, but then I take it he is an alien and not a human...I second the head bob thing...Good work...Very satisfying...

But I think you should add a bit more jaw movements or smooth out the one you have by adding/fixing one or two frames. So it doesn't jerk out...
...I find it hard to make out the outline on the alien, so you should maybe consider to make either the outline abit darker or the "fill" color lighter.
Here is a quick eddit, same as the last but he bobbs his head up and down at the end. Ill sort out the jerks tomoro when I have time.

I think it'd be great if he bobbed his head/blinked while his mouth was moving rather than at the end.

That's better, just make his 'hair' go up when his head is moving down, and then when his head is moving back up make his hair move down.
When his eyes blink make it in 2 frames, so he blinks faster
