i was just trying to show secondary motion and think it looks like poo on my animation and it makes your character look like poo

As usual for a paintover of "that" walk cycle, the wrists are too floppy.
Also
- when your left arm comes back, the shoulder rotates at too low a point. (I think the same is true of the right.)
- your back foot bends the wrong way when it lifts off the ground.
In the standing pose, it looks like you're shrugging. Maybe some definition to the shoulder would help. And bend the arm perhaps, keeping the hand the same height.
EDIT: eric, maybe you could update that tutorial?
I see a plroblem with the bright pixels in the shoulder, they appear too fast, it looks like a flash... All the rest looks good for me.
And... Come on man! Lorena can go outside without me sometimes!!! ;)
Even for a paint-over it's still good.
What Farlander said. Carry the highlighting through all frames!
Also, I might slow it down some if I were you. That appears at running speed, with the motion of walking. Looks a little fast ... to me at least :)
The shading is good, as are the choice of colors!

I think I'm gonna make his left arm bend less. He looks kind of wanky now. What do you think?
- There's still one frame where the hi-lighting in the shoulder disappears.
- I think his hands still need some work (they're still a little too floppy!)
+ I like the slower movement, it looks more natural now.
+ It's an improvement!

Got sick of working on walk animations. Hows this look?
There is something in the walkcycle that does not convince me... It does not only "bounce" up and down but also to the front... All the walkcicles I've made keep the body in the very same vertical, maybe that would help to make it less "wanky"? ;)
His front on view needs to be thiner... he looks like a fat kid....
the side view and walking animation are awesome, and he looks like a thin gangly kid. The front on view looks like someone shorter and wider.

* did surgery on the shoulders area
* added a mouth and some shading to the face
* took the highlights off the side view of the shoes
* added some detailing to the shirt/pants

I like the back view a lot and the wlk/cycl is soo much better now... I don't like the eyes though - the glasses look wrong (He is wearing glasses right?) - the whites need to be bigger

(i) Altered the head height, the views didn t correlate.
(ii) Fixed the side view glasses which were oddly bent.
(iii) Pushed back his head, and gave him more back head.
(iv) Added front view ears since the sideview once aren t covered by hair.
(v) Altered side view ears.
(vi) Modified the front view glasses.
(vii) Pushed back his shoes to give him heals.
(viii) Lowered shoulders to give a less tense look.
(ix) Modified hairshade and shape.
(x) Gave him some shoulderblades.
I'm still not liking the floppy hands in the walkcycle, without them it'd be almost perfect.
hmm forgot to say this before but... THIS SPRITE ROCKS! it has somthing really professional looking to it not quite sure what.

Actually, it is based of myself. It starded way back when I did a fighter sprite for a contest on pixelation I believe. When the ags fighter started, I decied it was time to redo my sprite. A lot of updating. Well the fighter died out, but I kept working on it.
