Title: Only a Dream- Song
Post by: eternal_renegade on Fri 14/07/2006 06:01:39
Yah this is going in a Mystery/Horror/suspense game that I am creating. It's going to go through a few changes but tell me what you think or give some critiques!

There is so much going on in the music but the instruments all sound the same. Try changing instruments to set the tones apart. Also, the drum is weak.

The start reminds me of the Miami Vice theme, but otherwise it sounds like something from a John Carpenter movie. If the game takes place in the 80's I think this would be near perfect. It seems more like cutscene music that background music though, so it depends on what you're using it for.

Yes it is mean't for a cinema type scene, and we really haven't created a time it is placed in, because for the most part the main character ends up in another world. (it may sound cliche but actually this shift is quite normal and there are very good reasons)
