Well, there's not much photography in these forums, and though I'm no expert and can't do the zany things with zoom and blur and field depth etc to make it look truely awesome, I'd like to think I capture scenes decently. Linked to save the poor 56kers out there who may have accidentally stumbled into this topic. All photos are 640x480 PNGs.

What do you think? Any personal favourites?
Wow - I totally dig some of those lake district photos! Even without those 'awesome' filters, you've captured the scenes really nicely. The only thing that bothers me is that the middle sheep in No. 12: "Baaaa", looks like it's bleeding badly from its side or something....
Heheh. That's marker dye. The farmers make sure their flocks don't get mixed up by daubing their sheep with dye :)
Very nice Flippy. I really like the second one. I'm a big fan of haze and whatnot. I guess it's because I live on the plains.
Love 'em. Esp. 2, 10 and 12-16. Very nice!
Show us more of the real world!
10, 13 and 14 are the best ones, imo. They are excellent, whereas for many of the others, overall, the colours are a tad pale, and sometimes the compositions make them slightly less interesting than they could be.
Great work for an amature, though.
Ooh. Thanks, very positive feedback :)
Andail: It was a bugger messing around with saturation/gamma/contrast/brightness on most of them; they were even paler originally. I took the lone tree one with the 'snow' setting on my camera to account for solar glare and reflections, and it made that really interesting intense contrast.
I'm still learning. I only have a relatively cheap camera.
