I don't really have any touchstone when it comes to 3D modelling, so I will just say that I think it looks good.

The buildings look just like typical sci-fi buildings to me - overly complicated and oddly shaped :)

i really like the models. maybe they all look a little too much alike, but depending on what kind of world/society you want to show for that future that might be exactly what's needed.

Looks good to me, although all have perhaps a factory / military look to them - is that intentional?
